i don't want to leave this place. it's so laid-back here and even the rain hasn't stopped me from having a good time. jason and i just made milkshakes for dinner. i topped mine with whipped cream, cherries and sprinkles. when i offered him some, he shook his head. "no thanks," he smiled, licking ice cream off his top lip. "i like mine sweet and plain." he looked up, smiling at me. "no, sweet and simple. like my girl."

i think when he says "my girl", fireworks go off in my heart. every single time.
